SUP Holiday Club with South West SUP

About This Event

South West SUP’s summer youth sessions at Firestone Arches were designed to help young people build stand-up paddleboarding skills, water confidence and safety in a supportive group setting. The programme provided necessary equipment including buoyancy aids and wetsuits, and participants were expected to be comfortable in the water, ideally able to swim 25 metres unaided. The sessions welcomed a range of skill levels and focused on learning and progressing at each participant’s pace. Royal William Yard’s listing also notes that snacks and lunch were provided as part of Plymouth’s Fit and Fed programme. This event is now past and should be retained as an archive.
